Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. Penulis yang akan memasukkan naskah (article submission) ke jurnal Walennae harus melakukan registrasi online secara mandiri pada menu “register” pada situs jurnal elektronik ini. Apabila mengalami kesulitan, dapat menghubungi sekretariat redaksi Jurnal Walennae di email: jurnal.walennae@gmail.com atau walennae@kemdikbud.go.id 
  2. Setelah terdaftar (registered), lakukan submit naskah hingga berhasil (active submissions). Naskah yang di-submit harus sudah sesuai dengan template penulisan naskah jurnal Walennae. Setelah itu, penulis menunggu konfirmasi dari Editor in Chief atau sekretariat redaksi terkait dengan status naskah penulis.
  3. Selama belum ada konfirmasi atau pemberitahuan status naskah (lanjut proses review, naskah diterima, atau naskah ditolak) dari Editor in Chief atau sekretariat redaksi, penulis dilarang mengirimkan naskah terbitannya ke jurnal yang lain (konfirmasi atau pemberitahuan naskah ke penulis, maksimal 3 minggu sejak naskah diterima oleh editor atau sekretariat redaksi).
  4. Penulisan kutipan dan referensi (daftar pustaka) naskah sangat disarankan menggunakan aplikasi reference manager Mendeley.
 
 
  1. The author who will enter the manuscript (article submission) into the Walennae journal must register online independently in the "register" menu on this electronic journal site. If you need help, you can contact the editorial of Walennae Journal by email: jurnal.walennae@gmail.com or walennae@kemdikbud.go.id
  2. After being registered, submit the manuscript until it is successful (active submissions). The submitted manuscript must be in accordance with the Walennae journal script writing template. After that, the author awaits confirmation from the Editor in Chief or the editorial secretariat regarding the author's text status.
  3. As long as there is no confirmation or notification of the status of the manuscript (whether review process further, manuscript is accepted, or manuscript is rejected) from the Editor in Chief or editorial secretariat, the author is prohibited to sending the manuscript to another journal (confirmation or notification of the text to the author, a maximum of 3 weeks after the manuscript received by the editor or editorial secretariat).
  4. Quotes and references (bibliography) of the script is strongly recommended using the Mendeley reference manager application.

Penulis yang naskahnya diterbitkan menyetujui ketentuan sebagai berikut:

  1. Hak publikasi atas semua materi naskah jurnal yang diterbitkan/dipublikasikan dalam situs E-Journal Walennae ini dipegang oleh dewan redaksi dengan sepengetahuan penulis (hak moral tetap milik penulis naskah).
  2. Ketentuan legal formal untuk akses artikel digital jurnal elektronik ini tunduk pada ketentuan lisensi Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA), yang berarti Jurnal Walennae tidak memiliki tujuan komersial, berhak menyimpan, mengalih media/format-kan, mengelola dalam bentuk pangkalan data (database), merawat, dan mempublikasikan artikel tanpa meminta izin dari Penulis selama tetap mencantumkan nama Penulis sebagai pemilik Hak Cipta.
  3. Naskah yang diterbitkan/dipublikasikan secara cetak dan elektronik bersifat open access untuk tujuan pendidikan, penelitian, dan perpustakaan. Selain tujuan tersebut, dewan redaksi tidak bertanggung jawab atas pelanggaran terhadap hukum hak cipta.
 

The Authors whose manuscript are published as detailed as follows:

  1. The publication rights of all Journal manuscript that published in the Walennae E-Journal website are held by the editorial board with the author's acknowledgement. 
  2. Formal legal provisions for accessing digital articles of electronic journals in the decision of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) license, which means Walennae Journal has no commercial purpose, has the right to save, transfer media / format, manage in the form of databases, caring for, and publishing articles without asking permission from the Author as long as it keeps the name of the Author as the Copyright owner.
  3. Manuscripts published by printed and electronically open access for educational, research and library purposes. In addition, the editorial board is not responsible for copyright infringement
